Research Participant and Personnel Recruiting Services
We support two connected needs: recruiting qualified participants for focus groups and subject matter expert interviews, and helping organizations with job descriptions, ideal-hire matching, placement, and retained recruiting agreements.

Ideal Hire & Job Description Alignment
Before a call is ever made to a prospective candidate, we leverage our research and consulting background to understand what the role needs to accomplish and the experience needed to succeed. We consider whether this is a newly created position or an existing role, what prompted the vacancy, and whether its responsibilities or expectations need to change.
Through conversations with industry leaders, we gather feedback on the role’s structure and appeal and ask whom they would recommend and why. Reviewing those individuals’ backgrounds helps us refine the candidate profile, strengthen the job description, and identify others with relevant experience, whether or not the recommended person is considering a move.

Placement Services
If you also choose to leverage our placement services, we then use our industry knowledge, established executive relationships, and trusted referrals to reach qualified people who may not be actively looking. We look beyond credentials to understand how candidates think, build relationships, and address the business challenges they would be hired to solve.
We present candidates whose experience and capabilities align with the role and help leadership evaluate their fit. We support the process through candidate discussions, selection, and placement.

Retained Agreements
We work exclusively through retained consulting agreements so we can dedicate the time, research, and attention each engagement requires. This structure allows us to provide candid advice without making our compensation dependent on recommending a hire.
These are consulting agreements because our work goes beyond filling a vacancy. We help you refine the role, understand the candidate market, and make informed hiring decisions. An engagement can focus on that advisory work alone or extend through recruitment and placement.
